Use of this site is provided by Free Accounting Pty Ltd subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Free Accounting Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon.
Free Accounting Pty Ltd reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
You are entitled to use the Free Accounting Pty Ltd accounting system accessed on this website for free. This does not include other services which you may choose to purchase from Free Accounting Pty Ltd including without limitation the following:
(a) Training;
(b) Bookkeeping and BAS preparation services; and
(c) Oher accounting services.
The materials displayed on this website are the property of Free Accounting Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any such content may be displayed and printed solely for your use within your organisation only.
You must not use your access to this website to reverse engineer the Free Accounting system. You must not copy or modify, and must not knowingly or negligently allow the copying or modification of, the software or the reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of the software by any means or in any form.
To the extent permitted by law Free Accounting Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties with regard to the information and applications contained on the website and your use of the website, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. If Free Accounting Pty Ltd becomes liable for any breach of any such condition or warranty, the liability of Free Accounting Pty Ltd shall be limited at its option, to any one or more of the following:
(a) in the case of goods, to any one it determines of the following: replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; repair of the goods; payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
(b) in the case of services, to either supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
